Practical Knowledge + Great storytelling = Awesomeness!

I am always very skeptical about people from pure academic world teaching business lessons. For Ms Pamela, there were no chance of second guess. She is an entrepreneur, ran a business successfully with an impressive resume. The class was positively charged from first hour - with active participation and lively discussions during class, presentations and breakout sessions. More than the actual topic itself (M&A and Corporate restructuring) I personally enjoyed the useful tips we received from Pamela during the whole 4 days session. The best thing about her teaching was that she didn't restricted her lecture on a pre-defined syllabus centric way. She evaluated our potential and interests and modified the curriculum . All topics were covered, but along with addressing our needs and interests. She also evaluated our cognitive level and adjusted her delivery accordingly.

I always enjoy group presentations, specially when my old group-mates Gabriel, Serene, Susan and Jason is there. Cases were amazingly interesting and current. I mostly enjoyed the Disney-Pixar M&A case.

We also enjoyed the 'things to lookout for' in case of M&A and JV. The course content was always practical application oriented.

Top of everything Pamela's stage presence is undoubtedly awesome. She is a great storyteller and her method of learning by hands on problem solving rocks!

One of the most enjoyed module of ETEN so far.

Great Teacher yourself
by: Pamela

Yep, I thought you are a great teacher yourself. You are clear in your communication and you're very willing to share your knowledge. In fact, you will be better than me.

One day, when you are tired of the entrepreneur world (which I know you will never be....) or perhaps tired of the pace? Then try teaching - you'll love it! Trust me.
